Sally Doherty began recording and releasing albums in 1996 after studying Fine Art Filmmaking at University. Hers is a musically varied journey. Solo works include soundtracks for BBC TV documentary and BBC Radio drama. Collaborative projects span genres from Folk to Latin American, Jazz to Electronic (most notably Italian outfit Planet Funk) and recently ‘Summerisle’ with Frank Birtwistle.
